The Wisconsin location is a RESIDENT workshop.
You MUST choose one of the Lodging/Meals options below!
This workshop is a “resident workshop” where 95% of the participants stay at the Olympia Resort, and commuters also eat all their meals on-site. The advantages of this “resident” site are the sense of community that is built among the participants as well as the interchange of ideas. We want all participants, including commuters, to be part of this community.
An example of how this works for families:
You are attending a workshop and are bringing your family/friend. If it is just you and your spouse/friend, you would check the $499 Double Room / Meals; your spouse/friend would check $499 Friend. If you bring a child; then also check the $189 Child. All costs are per person and include both room and meals.
NOTE: Be sure to get your textbooks under "Publications" menu before checking out! The 20th Anniversary Teacher Edition of the World Music Drumming Curriculum is required for Level 1 and Curriculum Update participants. It is strongly suggested for participants in Beyond the Basics. Level 2 participants will need Global Grooves. Level 3 does not have a text requirement.
DRUM IT FORWARD is restricted to full-time college students and/or a university teacher (with student(s) registered for the workshop from his/her university). All registrations with this designation will be checked for validity.
"Drumming Around the World" is an alternative for those repeating a class but requiring a different course title. It is not a separate class. Those registering for the title will be asked to indicate which class they will participate in.
